A deep learning-based 2D segmentation model first identifies potential defect areas, after which the system selectively crops only the relevant regions from the 3D data, optimizing the detection process for maximum efficiency.

This high-performance solution delivers both speed and precision, detecting micro defects as small as X/Y 0.4mm (@0.1mm) and Z 0.2mm (@0.05mm) in under 30 seconds
