AiVot: Deep Learning Vision-based Repalletizing Solution
This vision solution integrates an advanced optical system, deep learning models, and 3D vision algorithms to precisely detect and classify boxes and slip sheets on a pallet, ensuring that only the boxes are restacked.

This vision solution integrates an advanced optical system, deep learning models, and 3D vision algorithms to precisely detect and classify boxes and slip sheets on a pallet, ensuring that only the boxes are restacked. By utilizing a fixed overhead optical system, it achieves a wide field of view that covers the entire pallet, enabling efficient and comprehensive scanning. 

Leveraging a deep learning-based Oriented Bounding Box (OBB) model in combination with 3D vision algorithms, the system accurately differentiates between boxes and slip sheets, calculates precise x, y, and z coordinates, and transmits this data to the robot control system for seamless operation. 

Designed to excel in cold storage environments, the solution incorporates an optimized optical system and a specially engineered gripper, ensuring stable and reliable picking and transport. Additionally, a fully integrated control system synchronizes the vision system, PLC, and robots, maximizing accuracy, efficiency, and automation performance in logistics and manufacturing environments.
